Metropolitan House is a high quality speculative office building. It includes 5 levels of offices with double height ground floor lobbies and retail units facing onto the streets. The overall office area is 4000m2. The arrangement of separate North and South entrance lobbies allows for a large variety of upper floor office arrangements and flexibility of letting to the open plan office floors.
The building form is stepped back at the base and penthouse to animate and emphasise the entrances and it also exaggerate the wing like roof form. The distinctive brise soleil links the 4 middle office levels together and provides solar shading to the South / West corner.
