This building is one of the first new generation mixed use schemes in CMK with restaurants and bars to provide animated active frontage, below 3 storeys of commercial offices and including structured multi storey rather than at grade parking.  The project evolved from an original requirement for a MSCP only, with the other uses introduced to better exploit the development opportunity, and resulting in the final multi use form.
