This project comprises two individual buildings designed to complement each other but reflect the different uses, one a HQ office over 5 floors of approximately 2500m2, the other 24 apartments with Office Units to ground and first floor.  The buildings are located on an important landmark and gateway site in Central Milton Keynes, and are recognizable from many of the major approach roads, and equally allow extensive views over Campbell Park and beyond.

The new HQ office building for Personal Assurance is a contemporary office designed to meet Personals functional requirements for a range of office and ancillary spaces of the highest quality. The residential building was designed using similar materials to the office but with the addition of balconies to each apartment. Particular emphasis is placed on the corners of both buildings at the most prominent edges of the site.  In the offices, the structurally glazed double height entrance foyer extends dramatically through the glazed drum to the fifth storey penthouse boardroom, and to the apartments the projecting timber balconies provide the focus. The two buildings contain an internal hard landscaped courtyard including car parking.
