Located on a site previously used as football pitches in a generally industrial area of South Milton Keynes. Q2 has been involved since the early inception of the project in 1999 to bring a new high quality stadium and arena to Milton Keynes, and has since been continually involved in the evolving master plan.

The stadium designed by Populus is now complete and supported by the adjacent enabling development of a large store for Asda-Walmart, an IKEA, DW Sports Fitness, McDonalds and KFC. MK1 Shopping and Leisure Park, and the Cinema with 7 restaurant units. Additional restaurant and other leisure uses are under further consideration.
