The project comprises the design and implementation of a speculative B8 distribution centre of approx 29000m2 with 2 floor levels of offices, and ancillary car parking, access roads, service yard with mounding and soft landscaping. The building is designed and constructed to ‘shell’ standards, with fit-out and ancillary facilities by the future occupier.  The warehouse is 12m to underside of structure and includes 24 dock levellers and 2 drive in service doors.  The building is designed to achieve BREEAM ‘very good’ certification.
