The design requirements for this project were to create a modern and striking building as the new HQ office and warehouse for this US based company.  The key aspects of which are a two storey air conditioned office facility of approx 380m2 with a prominent entrance feature and adjacent 9m high warehouse of approx 1500m2. The office element incorporates a double height feature entrance reception with a gallery and meeting rooms over. The building achieves BREEAM ‘very good’ certification.
